Here are some things that you should have ready when they are calling for an appointment:

  • Owner's Name
  • Animals Name
  • Animals Age
  • Animals Breed
  • Sex of animal
  • Is the animal spayed/neutered?
  • Description of problem
  • Phone number to contact you.
  • Paper and pencil to write down instructions.
